Bluehost offers reliable cPanel hosting and 24/7 tech support. They also offer a great prorated refund, if you should ever feel the issue to leave them.

I found Host Gator to be great. I had no problem uploading files, creating domains, or adding software to my sites.

The migration of any website from one webhost to another can be a frustrating, tedious and worrying process, But the staff at SuperGreen Hosting has helped in calming my fears, making me feel welcome. Overall highly recommended.

Not good

If all you is webspace and uptime without any tech support. Then this is the perfect hosting company for you. If you want support, look else where. I have only been able to contact them once.

Five year customer review

Tech support is very slow unless you sign up for premium service $150.00 a year other wise tech support is out of country. Plan on having at least one outage every couple months. Web sites load anywhere form average to slow. Rates get bumped up after one year. Data base driven sites are always slow. If you have anything other than a hobby site look elsewhere powweb is at best average. I moved my site off powweb and have never looked back.

NO MORE!

For the past several months it has been one problem after another. The latest problem was a server crash that they have been working on for 3 days and it is still not fixed. Now I've been told that they have no backup of the web sites hosted there (6 in total).

I can ftp the sites back to the server but the data is gone. Two businesses were web based with databases on the host server and all that data is gone. Three days worth of business for two different businesses down the tubes.

It looks cheap, but DO NOT use this host if you want to host important or critical information.

Don't waste your time and money

Really dissapointed with Fatcow. They upgraded their system but instead of making it easier they made things worse. For some reason I can't seem to access my website. I have talked to tech support 3 different times. They all just say "we are sorry...." . Enough is Enough. I have spent over a week trying to figure this issue myself and nothing seems to work. So I will go somewhere else where I can get some real answers. I do not recommend fatcow at all. what a waste of time and money.

Isn't all that great

I wanted a website that included a merchant account and they told me I could add it. After they built my website, I had to hire another company to add my merchant account. That's what they called "add it". Also, I wanted advice about optimizing my website and I realized I had to learn optimizing on my own. Though they take the time to answer your questions, I wanted more than they could offer.
