Hence its adviced to use the hostmonster cpanel backup utility to perform regular site backup. What you can do is either use the “manual backup” or the “backup wizard” to get the job done. Manual backup allow you to instantly backup your hosting main directory, database files, email forwarders and email filters. Else you can use the backup wizard that have backup and restore feature, that you can download backup copy or restore backup copy of files. Make sure you keep a copy of your web files and database files at your local computer.
