HostGator has become one of the most web hosts known in the USA just being "themselves". Their personality: it is a host without frou-frou or bla-bla with excellent developer support - their servers are configured with PHP, Perl, ImageMagick, GD, ChiliSoft ASP, Ruby on Rails and SSH access. If you need a custom package for your site they will put it on. Furthermore, the control panel (Cpanel) by HostGator includes auto-installers, numerous influential forums and very popular blogging platform and scripting of e-commerce. Nothing they offer is amazing or spectacular, but what they do they do it well! That is Hostgator responds to calls and emails from customers in need, answer the live chat, provides quality hosting and do not rob your wallet. Sad to say but many hosts are not able to do these basic things correctly. But this observation is excellent for Hostgator has been able to exploit by doing things well. Hence the success story of Hostgator. But that is what makes the beauty of Hostgator. They do not put in full view with the marketing blabla or anything else. Customer Service HostGator I found it interesting that HostGator accepts several forms of payment. So I contacted someone claiming to be (Francis) whom English is not strong and I asked if they accepted other forms of payment such as transfers or checks. They responded pretty well to my question although it is not necessarily a standard question. It's nice to fall from time to time on companies that do not respond solely based on sentences from a textbook. The technical support by phone is also good. Then I sent an e-mail to 22h40 on Monday 2 by asking standard questions: "Is what I can use mod_rewrite and mod_security with your service?", An even more classic: "The system servers is Windows or Linux?
