Whether searching in a web host Joomla

There are currently thousands of web hosting company, a small number of them are good while most are just the opposite!
They tell you all they can offer all the bells and whistles and an uptime of 100%. We can guarantee that it is absolutely not the case! We have implemented a list of criteria that are used to evaluate a host joomla.
Short and good: if you do not have a specific company in mind, we urge you to go with one of the following companies:

* Mavenhosting (Fr)
* Nuxit (Fr)
* JustHost (Us)
* Ipag (Us)

These all offer a hosting Cpanel latest version, host thousands of Joomla sites and give full satisfaction. We've already done business with many smaller companies. Most of them can host Joomla sites but you may have little problems here and there and eventually draw your time and patience. And it's really annoying!

The basic software required

* Apache 1.3 or later or Microsoft IIS (Apache 2.2 + and is optimal)
* PHP 4.3.10 and + (PHP 5.x + and is optimal)
* MySQL 3.23.x and above (MySQL 5.x is optimal)

Joomla will also need:

* PHP version> = 4.3.10: Most web hosting providers met this requirement
Zlib compression * Supported: Joomla! Zlib compression used to install extensions. If your hosts do not have this feature you will not be able to use the extension manager.
* Supported XML: Joomla! uses XML to install the extension and management of their parameters.
* MySQL Support: Joomla! uses the MySQL database to store and retrieve data.
* Language is Default MB: MB stands for "multibyte". The multibyte language allows better management of some language that uses several characters that can not be stored in one byte as the case of English

A good control panel

You want a simple interface to manage all your domains and your Joomla installation? If you plan to walk from many websites, you'll need to find a good control panel for easy navigation between your sites.
Good Uptime

You stick to what your server is reliable? To keep them honest, we recommend Pingdom, a website uptime monitoring You can monitor many sites and obtain statistics on the uptime or reports of latency. They can send alerts to either your email address or mobile phone. It depends on the degree of importance of the site.
A good customer support

This is particularly important when installing a site for the first time. Once the site is installed and configured, the customer support matters much less. But first, good customer service can help you avoid many troubles. Most support services should be able to respond to you within 3 to 4 hours. We hope that this time is less but let's be realistic.
Good servers

You do not just that the servers are there but you expect them to work quickly. Make sure the servers used by your hosts are quite powerful.
